3 May I present my son, Ignacio.  Nice to meet you.

4 I am Richard.  My sister is Ellen.

5 My daughter is Elizabeth.

 

Answers:  1 Buenos días, señorita, ¿cómo está usted?; 2 Buenas noches, ingeniero Ramos.  ¿Cómo está usted?;  3 Le presento a mi hijo, Ignacio.  Mucho gusto, 4 Yo soy Richard,  5 Mi hermana es Ellen, Mi hija es Elizabeth.

 

Scenario 1

It is 10 am and you are in a business meeting with Ingeniero Castillo and Licenciado Franco.  You see the boss, Doctora León during the coffee break.  You make introductions.

 

Scenario 2

It is 9:30 pm and you are at a wedding reception.  You see Licenciado Camil and his wife,  someone you know but not very well.  You greet him and introduce him to your wife.
